This policy explains how STERLING Separation, Inc. (“STELSEP”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit stelsep.com (the “website”) or contact us through it. It also explains the cookies we use and how you can control them.

Information you give us. When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the content of your enquiry. You choose what to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect standard technical and usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and how you navigate the site. This is collected through Google Analytics (see section 6). We do not collect this information unless you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage our business relationship and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained in line with our Google Analytics configuration.
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
